I've already been on this morning saying i've had food and drink over the weekend but my 3.5 days of SSing must have helped as i've managed to take 2lbs off this week. I've mucked about so much that for about 6 weeks i've stayed the same. Although i've got 18 to lose i actually only have 11 to get to bmi of 25. My target has always been my 40th which is mid august so my CDC has given me 3 weeks to lose 11lbs.
I can do this, i can do this, i can do this......
Good vibes coming to all of you who weigh in today.:vibes:

Excellent stuff sweetie, you'll have that off in no time. Just think how miserable you'll feel on your bday if you're not where you want to be!!!

    You'll look smashing, i bet :D
