Finally in ketosis

Just a little celebratory post to say yeyyyyy I'm finally in ketosis - been sticking 100% to SS and it's paying off

Yes it's strange how I suddenly stopped feeling hungry, great feeling.....

You will stop feeling really hungry. As long ad your sticking to it, you will definitly kick into ketosis. You probably already are xx
