Finally the form is signed

[I will be slim 85]

After 2 week the form has been signed by the doctor. So annoying when it's for an inhaler I haven't used in over 2 years.

However I can finally start the diet tomorrow. The CDC is coming round later with the packets and then I can't wait to get started. Got around 5 stone to lose and I'm definitely following the steps afterwards and probably go to SW to maintain.

I've heard the 1st few days are the worst so I'll need all your support. These boards are so inspirational and supportive

That's fab news, sounds like you're really motivated! The forum has been a great help to me since I've been on CD, even just reading other people's posts.
