    Hi Guys

Im in week 7 and believe it or not Im finding LT really tough of late. Im still drinking water, still taking the shakes but lately Im really missing the taste of food.

The other day I was at my cousin's 21st, they were having a buffett will loads of food and it nearly killed me. I didnt go near the food but I was so down in myself that i didnt even socialise, so I went home when people started eating.

Im half way to my goal and I know that its definitely worth it but I still cant shake this feeling :(

Sorry about the moan, I just need to get it off the chest... xxx

Thats what we are here for hun. This is a tough diet and its worse when in social situations. When SSing I went to a wedding and was on a real downer....but look at me now. Its all done and BBQ season is upon us and I'm happy to eat again.

Stick with it hun. It is really worth it when you get to goal and can really enjoy eating again....if you ate something now, you'd be riddled with guilt afterwards.

    Dude,

Whatever you do mate don't crack if you feel like noshing, just close your eyes and imagine how you felt when you shopped for clothes and could not find anything to fit you or when you were scared to go to functions because of your weight. Then Focus on the new non food addicted you.

You can do it stick in there cos you are going be ruddy stunning x

Aww Hun, i just want to send hugs because I know how you feel, but dont give up, relish in your willpower, go treat yourself to somthing non food, and the food will still be there when you are at goal, and you can eat it when you want in moderation. Keep up the good work, its people like you that inspire me to come back and carry on! HUGS xx

Keep going - I'm just into week 7 today and I feel the same way - I think it's just a natural thing that you've got half way and you still feel that there is quite a way to go. It really will be worth it in the end - there is no food that is worth breaking all the good work you have done so far. You'll feel really disappointed if you do. Keep your chin up - I mean at least now there's only 2 of them instead of 6 ha ha x

You can do it! Keep going! You just need a good weigh in this weekend and you will be back on top of the world. Week 8 will be easier. We have all been where you are and all feel your pain. Hugs!!!!!
