Does anyone know the syn value of these please or how I can incorporate them into my SW diet? ;-) image-1161427427.jpg
  2. Your heading says Findus but your picture is Birds Eye, so I am assuming that the picture is right.

I don't know the syn value, but I am sure someone will be along shortly who will.

However, as you will see from the packet, the egg fried rice one contains oil, milk, cream and sugar (dextrose), and the Mediterranean one contains oil, so they won't be free (I took the ingredients lists from the Tesco website, but they will be the same as on your packets).

    You are absolutely right lol
I'm so tired had a busy night shift last night.
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply might have to give them a miss.
They were already in the freezer thought they would be nice with some tuna thrown in :)

  5. Oh there you are, that's not so bad (unless you are doing red days). So no need to leave them in the freezer!!
