ok, so its only the start of week 3 and iv already had my first blip.
Decided to have a green day, (used to EE) and was doing well all day, but come tea time, my filling recipe diddnt work so ended up in the bin, so had a ham salad butty..Was still hungry so had a bannana, ...quickly followed by a bag of seabrooks crisps, 2 of OH cerial bars & a slice of white bread & ham, and I still dont feel satisfied. Im done eating though lol....

oh, and im so glad there was only 2 cerial bars left:eek:

So you've done eating. Draw a line under it, don't feel guilty (that's the kicker) and start afresh with your next meal.

SW is for life, we're all going to have blips but you need to get straight back on the horse.
