Step 1 Sole Source First day back on sole source

Well I'm back on sole source again. Feeling really positive this time as know it works if you stick to it. My only problem is I did fall into bad habits where I would nibble & pick at food like kids tea or a babybel here & there. Then that got exciting so I did it more and more. Then i start not believing in myself and my ability to do it.

Any tips or great control skills that anyone wants to share?
