First day ... did I do it right?

I had a bar in the morning, a milkshake for lunch,

Bar was minging, milkshake was OK,

REALLY enjoyed dinner, I had a sachet of chilli, 100g of cauliflower, 100g of broccolli and 97g piece of plain cod.

I've drank 2 litres upto now excluding shake.

Is this right?
 
Yep fine - I'd go for 3 litres of water if I were you though.
