first day of sw

    red day

    2 weetbix heb
    milk hea
    bacon dry fried

    thats my day so far does it sound ok ?

    im planning roast lamb later with loads of veg for tea

    then 3 slices of ww bread as 2nd heb with salald for supper

    then a options for bed and a freddo :mad:)

    Im struggling on what to eat for lunches on red though i dont wanna eat bacon eggs everyday , ive thought of salmon salad some hm soups ermmmmm thats it lol any ideas ?

    Donnie46 Slow but sure....

    Your day looks good so far - salmon, tuna, wafer thin ham or chicken, crab sticks, sardines, Very Low Fat Cottage Cheese, prawns, you can have any of these with a salad for your lunch.

    SW quiche (with lots of meat and veges in) is good for lunches too if you like that sort of thing!
