Hello. I have been reading this forum to try and get some support and motivation to start Cambridge. I have had the shakes in my kitchen for nearly two weeks now and I have now found the courage to start! The thought of being hungry scares me..... I am a boredom/stress/emotional eater too so I reckon this will be a massive challenge. Anyone able to buddy with me to keep me going?
