first day on extra easy

im am new on here and to slimming world.

my consultant said to try the EE for the first four weeks
not sure i have got my head around it though

thought some of you lovely people would have a look for me

sausages (2syns), bacon 2 eggs, beans, 2 nimble bread(hexb), mullerlight, banana

chilli and rice =extra lean mince, rice, red pepper, green pepper, tinned toms, onion, mixed herbs and chilli powder, apple

Hello welcome

It takes a while your heading along the right lines just make sure with each meal u have your 1/3 superfree for example with your breakfast have some mushrooms and tomatoes.

Make sure your fitting your syns in too chick :) That chilli sounds lovely, one meal i love but my kids hate so i dont make it often :(
