First day on plan after baby - help

Hello, it is my first day on the plan since I had my second son in September. I am exclusively breastfeeding. This is what i had today, can you let me know if i am doing it right (correct HEXs?):

Breakfast: weetabix x 2 - 1 HEXB
175 wholemilk - 1 HEXA

Lunch: turkey, tomatoes, Roasted red pepper in brine - free/superfree, 2 slices wholemeal bread - 2 HEXB, extra light mayo - 1 syn

Snacks: 2 alpen light x 2 (1 HEXB)
Milk for tea 1 HEXA
Kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, banana - superfree
1 oreo cookie - 2.5 syns

Dinner: salmon, peppers,cabbbage, sweetcorn, courgette, noodles, soy sauce, frylight - free/superfree, sweet chilli sauce - 2 Syns

So that is 4 HEXB and 2 HEXA AND 5.5 syns

Is this right? I read you can use 6 HEXs when breastfeeding.

Congratulations on your second baby.
I know you can have extra healthy extras when breastfeeding but not sure in quantity though I did think it was more heas than bs but I may he wrong.
Everything looks good as in syns and weights of things
Do you go to group? Your consultant should have a book on breastfeeding

You're supposed to have at least three hexAs for breastfeeding, preferably more, for the calcium. I choose to have 3 of each as that works for me, and I have a yoghurt most days for extra calcium anyway.
