Hey guys im new here starting sole source today
currently tucking into apple and cinnamon porridge, was a bit dubious as seen not many peeps had liked the porridges but am finding it ok and actually quite filling, though did eat it with a teaspoon to make it last a bit longer!
not sure about black tea, might need to switch to coffee in the mornings, i drink water when im work anyway so not going to struggle with that but not snacking is going to be hard (normally fruit or yoghurt!)
