First day

    Just finished my first day on lipotrim, and although it was okay, I'm working two consecutive 14 hour days from tomorrow. I just hope I can stay motivated and more importantly keep up the energy for work. Looking forward to seeing the results in a few weeks though :-D

    So its 6:00am and im off to work with my shakes and shaker determined to keep up with the willpower. In my head I can see my goal weight loss of 3 stone, and im glad I've finally got my butt in gear and decided to do something about it. :)

    Good luck and just keep the end goal in sight. The first few days were the hardest for me so just focus on getting past those.

    I get where your coming from. Ive just finished 5 12&half shifts and was out of the house for more than 14hours too. It was really hard to get the water down and i missed a shake 1 day. Stick with it.

    Thanks for the support, it really does help to know other people are going through the same things! Day 2 went well apart from me trying to make a hot chocolate out of the chocolate shake-not the best tasting drink ever, im sticking to them cold from now on :eek: has anyone tried the chicken soup?

    Keep going, day 3 can be tough, have some paracetamol to hand. It gets easier from then on. Chicken soup, some love it, I find it's like chalky bland cup a soup so stick to the shakes. Worth a try though. Good luck.

    I only drink the strawberry and the chicken soup made me vomit. Its vile! Well done on getting through day 2 :)

    Yay, day three complete, and i didn't really feel too hungry or tired! Just three days to go till weigh in, im keeping my fingers crossed and my mouth shut :)

    Wahey I've finished day 4, and apart from feeling slightly dizzier than normal, ive not had any adverse effects from the diet. I am drinking a tonne of water so hopefully my skin will start glowing soon, lol:p And at the supermarket today I bought some tea... Green tea, mint tea, green tea with mint, Green tea with jasmine, and good old English breakfast tea.... Clearly I'm over compensating for lack of choice with food:D well good luck to you all for tomorrow and well done for getting through today :)

    Day 5 and I've had to escape the house as my family are cooking a roast, so instead of staring miserably at the ceiling whilst they eat, im off to the cinema to distract me for a few hours. Who knew I'd miss being at work on my day off, lol:confused:

    Hi Jmo, I'm on day 4 and I am STARVING. Am hoping ketosis kicks in soon! Hope cinema is a good distraction ;))

    Congratulations on getting to day 4,thats a really good achievement. I'm day 5 today and I've not felt too hungry, the cinema was an excellent idea. Instead of going for loads of junk I had a mint tea and a bottle of water, and was completely distracted for two hours. Just had my last shake of the day with a green tea, and im feeling a little bit more energised:) keep up the good work and I'm sure ketosis should kick in soon :)

    Eeep weigh in day tomorrow, wish me luck! I really struggled today, went a bit moody and stompy about you, lol. But persevered and got through it, distraction technique of the day, I went to watch a show, I need to get a hobby soon or this could get expensive :D well done to everyone today, let's see what tomorrow brings :)

    Just had my weigh in and im gobsmacked, ELEVEN POUNDS!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:Dive been told not to expect the same sort of result next week, but what a kick start, im feeling so motivated now, it's just what I needed after my slump yesterday. Thanks everyone for all your support, and let's all keep up the good work together :D
