First food diary for my 2nd day!!!

    Well, I thought I would do a food diary as I am very impressed with what I have had to eat today and the fact that I dont feel guilty about it!!!!


    I have been doing the extra easy days to ease myself into it!

    Breakfast
    . . . didn't have any due to waking up late . . . oops!

    Lunch
    Homemade soup
    Bread with chicken (HEB)

    Dinner
    Rice, Peas and Birds eye chargrilled chicken (4 syns)
    Fruit
    Fat Free natural yoghurt with skinny cow mint hot chocolate (2 syns)

    Snack
    Tuna with a lil mayo (0.5 syns)
    Rice

    I used only 6.5 syns and I am rather impressed at how full I have been! I even have some syns left I may have a naughty pack of french fries which i believe are 6 syns!

    So they are!

    That makes me feel less guilty about eating them =D
