It was good, started off on a warm up on the cross trainer for 10 minutes, the 20 minutes on the treadmill and finished with 10 minutes on the exercise bike.
I really enjoyed it, would have done more if I hadn't had to fill in some induction forms but raring to go now on Wednesday.
Glad you're enjoying it! I really can't face going yet, though I know that day will come eventually! Just waiting for a gravity strider to be delivered, thought some exercise is better than none! Keep up the good work xxx
