relax, take one step at a time, refresh the mind of what the plan is and make sure you plan your meals for the week - do one shop then you are less likely to be tempted to deviate.

:welcome: Eat everything you're allowed, (and that includes syns!) Believe you can eat yourself slim! Drink lots of water. Enjoy your food, and be honest with yourself. Read your book and do a food diary. Then come on here and ask questions!
