First Months Loss?

What did you loose in your first 4 weeks?

First time round 24 pounds in my first 4 weeks, hoping to do 28 in 6 weeks (with a weekend wedding in between) for my holiday to egypt so need some encouragement that I can do it again!

You definitely can do it ... I can't remember exact weight loss, but check my signature below. I had a weekend off at week 5, so that affected weight loss.

Not got to 4th week yet but this is my 3rd week and up to last Tuesday I had lost 20lb in 2 weeks If I don't do 2 stone in my first month I will be a little dissapointed so fingers crossed :vibes:

I lost 29.5 lbs in the first month!!! (shame that didnt carry on eh!)
