first night back at group!


Well had first meeting last night and went very well, i like the way sw has turned digital with the cards now!lol everyone was really friendly and bcuz i had been a member before they were glad to c me back! Was nervous about what weight i wud be as i had done nothing but eat rubbish all week, as u no i had attended ww previous to this and lost 10.5lb needless to say i thought i had put it all back on! I started of at ww at 13st 7.5lbs and when i got my first weigh in in sw last nite i was 13st 4.5lb which i was quite pleased with as i stil have 3lb of from the weight i had lost last time!

But its a new start, new me today and im feelin positive about my weight loss this time! Im gonna eat eat eat free food and hopefully see the results!now the only thing is i am out on sat day all day and needless to say there wil be drink involved! The food aspect of it should be ok just the drink, anyone any tips how i can stay in control? Should i save syns or what do u think is best thing to do as i really want a good loss next week!xxxx

is it possible to drink vodka and diet coke? its only something like 4syns is lowest syn alcahol drink!

if u save as many syns as you can until then you'll get a better weightloss if to say you just used all your syns then went drinking... just plan it into your week :)

I got round this by having a plain diet coke inbetween each vodka and coke, less syns and you have a drink all the time!
I doubt they will have a diet lemonade, how about soda water and lime, will have to syn the lime though
Saved me the next day headache too
