Hello! I joined SW yesterday and as soon as I got home I was so excited to get my food diary and recipe ideas started! So I'm gonna tell you what I had for dinner, it was honestly, delicious! And all of it from SuperFree and Free Foods! I had White Kidney Beans with chopped onions, bacon and spinach. Basically I half drained a can of kidney beans, 'fried' the onions with light fry, add the bacon, the beans and the spinach. I seasoned with mixed herbs, salt and pepper and voilá, done. Very quick, healthy, syn free and yummy! Let me know if you try it guys!
