    Hi everyone,

    I starting SW last week and had first weigh in tonight.
    I have lost 2.5lbs.
    I am happy with this as have had nasty cold and been drinking cough syrup like its going out of fashion. lol
    Anyway hoping to get under 13st next week.

    you will if you stick to it.
    Good luck I lost 2.5lbs in my first week and i was annoyed but i then weighed out 2.5lbs of rice or pasta (cant remember) in a see through bag and i was like WOAH thats alot actually!!
    Didnt eat the pasta but just wanted to see how much in weight it was!

    Well done it was my first weigh in last thursday & i lost 2 1/2 pounds also & im hoping this weeks loss will take me under 13.We can do it! Im enjoying all the lovely veggies im eating.Im never hungry.Good luck for this week.

    2nd weigh in

    HI Guys

    I lost 0.5lb this wee which is great as i didnt think i was going to lose anything. My scales this morning said i had gained and my SW sacles said i had lost so im really happy about this. Only 2.7 stone to go.

    Well done!, on my 2nd week i put on 2lbs but it was TOTM and the next week i lost 5.5lbs! Keep going :) x
