hi everyone
I'm new to the forum so please be gentle with me lol . my names steve 56 very soon to be 57 & single I decided to go on a diet with the start of the new year I'm not with sw or ww because being on benefits & money is tight,so I need to do my dieting as cheap as I can if you know what I mean was with sw many years ago & the weight loss was brilliant so just need some idea's hints & tips
