First timer. Can someone help

    Hi everyone, I seem to be in the minority being a bloke! Can some one tell me where to post this?

    I stopped smoking 3 years ago and my weight went from 10 stone 4 lbs to 14 stone. I tried various diets and found them impossible because
    • I work 12 hours a day
    • I have no time to prepare meals
    • Calorie counting is impossible
    • I need energy to run my business and need to be alert.
    Having looked at various diets I took the bits that suited me and the weight fell off. I started 3 months ago and I am now 10 stone 7 lbs. Some of my friends are now following it and seeing similar results.
    I never feel hungry, the food takes no time to prepare and I dont have to worry about portion control.
    I would really like to share this with everyone. Do I just post the details of the diet and if so in which forum? Or should I just send it to members that message me?

    Well done on your weight loss.

    I suggest you put your recipes/meal plan etc in "all other diets" .
