First timer. I will LOSE it all and WIN the battle bulge!

Hi i am from India.
I started CD for the first time yesterday.
I want to LOSE and Win the battle against bulge
Need lots of help besides my determination and motivation.
I am 40
i am 5'2 and weigh 97 kgs
I am a vegetarian and this is the first time Im on the CD
any tips and suggestions?

HI ya,
Its my first day today... How was your first day? I dont have nay tips yet!! But when I find some I will let you know.. My CDC told me to mix coffee with my vanilla shake to make it like a latte and its not bad actually! was my first shake..

How much weight do you want to lose????
 
the coffee with vanilla shake sounds good. shall try it tom .
in the first phase, i want to lose, 8 kilograms which is about 18 lbs
after that too, i have lot to lose but better begin with small targets :)

Same here - on step 1 i want to lose about 14 pounds then move up a step and try to lose the rest a bit slower...

how did you find your first day??? Was it hard??
 
today i have pretty excited so didnt seem very hard.
are you on single source?
im having a low fat vegetarian meal plus 3 CD packs.
 
yes same as me - sole source (3 CD's plus one 200 calorie meal!)... But what to have for the meal?? any ideas??
 
my councillor mentioned about having an omlette - using 2 eggs and the milk allowance so i may have that! Until i get some more ideas.. i have created a post actually for ideas for meals so hopefully people give us some good ideas!!!
 
last night after being good the whole day, and it was my first day. I cheated.
hogged three spicy mexican dressed sandwiches.
felt miserable soon after
but then the whole day i was good
i have realized that all my cravings invariably crop up after 6 pm
anyone has any clue, WHY?
 
Oh nooo! Never mind just get straight back on it! Have you been good today?
Maybe find something to do at 6 o'clock? Is this the time u get in from work and then not have much to do? I find when I sit down to watch some tv I start craving food! So iv started to do things and keep myself busy!! X

Aaww keep at it! Fail twice try 3 times eventually something clicks inside and u just do it! Keep coming here too
