This is my first time doing a VLCD of any sort, and after much research settled on s&s.
I will be 42 in 4 months time and all I have done for the last 20 years is yo-yo dieted! I decided it was time to take control of my eating habits and body and this seems like the best way for me to learn self control. It hasn't helped in the past that I love to cook/bake/eat and have been doing most of the family cooking for.....um...ever.
Finally, with my families support I am taking a step away from the kitchen and looking after my meal needs.
Day 1 yesterday pasted ok, just a headache and an 'empty' feeling that turned out to be a 'not stuffed' feeling
Day 2 has started with banoffee porridge.
