First timer!

    Hi Everyone
    Started my SS today!! :)
    So far i have had apple and cinnamon porridge - very yummy and a strawberry shake. Tea tonight will be oriental chilli soup - so far so good.:clap::clap:
    Cant believe how many times ive needed the loo - but i have had about 5pts and a couple of hot drinks!!! :whistle:
    Need t lose about 4 st - praying i can do this!

    Hi, I started today too doing SS+. I had choc orange (warm) for breakfast, which was lovely. Spicy tomato soup for lunch was grim but I've just had delicious apple and cinnamon porridge for tea (hoping to fill me up for the night!!)

    I am feeling quite positive, I have 6 stone to lose and a big family wedding in May which is in Italy and I am DETERMINED to feel good about my body by then.

    Hoping this forum gives me the support I need to keep me on track.

    Keep going ladies! :)

    Good luck to both of you ladies. I am on day 4 and have been doing well so far. The many trips to the bathroom will ease off, I had that too the first few days.

    I am also a first timer - had one weigh in on Sunday and I lost 12lb in my first week so that is huge motivation for this week. Good luck to you

    Reading things like this keeps me excited, I am day 2 today but can't wait for my weigh in already!! Lol

    OMG those loses are BRILLIANT!!!! Hope i lose about 7/8 but 10 would be AMAZING!!!!!
