well done hedgemag. Im just finishing week 2 and find weekends hard for me. I only had 1 shake and 1 bar yesterday but chicken kebab (4 pieces of chicken and lettuce and cabbage only) no pitta bread. Hopefully that should be ok. Weigh in on tuesday.
