    well done hedgemag. Im just finishing week 2 and find weekends hard for me. I only had 1 shake and 1 bar yesterday but chicken kebab (4 pieces of chicken and lettuce and cabbage only) no pitta bread. Hopefully that should be ok. Weigh in on tuesday.

    next time you're doing your weekly shop, look at 8 packs of lard (or better still 16 half pound packs) and see what you have achieved.

    Makes me feel good when i see something tangible in front of me - hope it works for you too!
