I started the Johnson UpDayDownDay Diet Wednesday 17th February.

Wednesday was an Up Day and I felt very relaxed and did not count calories on my first Up Day...the plan is to eat until satisfied but not to over do it.

I have 2069 calories for my Up Day allowance.:devilangel:

Wow Mini, you have got it all planned out hun, well done.

As you know I did try it, but I think I was a bit half hearted :sigh:- the first week was OK as I was keen :D, but after that the UDs and DDs tended to meld into each other and became normal days :break_diet: so I gave up :cry:

I tried it before and never got passed day one as I started on a Down Day...this time I picked an Up Day and it helped mentally.

It has taken some thought and effort and a few times last week I found it tough going but I feel I am settling into it now.

Oops, missed the 5lbs weight loss bit at the end, well done hun :banana dancer::banana dancer:

I always look in at this board, I think it's looks like a really interesting weight loss plan. Good luck for the rest :)
