Hi everyone It's my first week on exante, I started yesterday so I'm on day 2. I've done CD before & lost 5st on this, but shamefully I've put 4st back on, much to my disgust! So time to get back on it & lose it again! My aim this time is to lose 5st, I've got a new work uniform to fit into & don't want to be uncomfortable in it! Day one was ok, was feeling great until early eve & then felt a bit headachey & hungry- but to be expected. Day 2, feel good, but still have the hunger pangs, hoping this will go the next couple of days as I enter ketosis. Here's to day 3!!
