    ...I have lost 9lbs...yipeeeeee!

    It was so worth all those early cravings & headaches.
    I feel full of energy and raring to go...roll on week 2.

    Thanks everybody on here for the support and kind words...it has made the journey so far... a pleasure. :thankyou: x x x

    :) well done, i only lost 6lb first week but i am on 3 shakes and 1 bar a day and it was TOTM so hopefully weigh in on Tuesday will be better.

    U are doing really well.
