    Hi, just had mt first week weigh in & lost 10lb, I am ecstactic!! :) This just came at the right time as yesterday I was a bit low & was thinking 'can I do this'...?
    I've had some lovely messages of support in my first week, so thanks all...here's smiling towards week2.

    Well done i have my first weigh in tomo and hope its half as good as yours, i know what u mean about the ups and downs its so very easy to convince ourselves we cant do it but look u have completed your first whole week and it has given u fantastic results keep up the good work x x x
