First week weigh in!

So! Up early to take OH to work, decided to have a filling breakfast: Beans on Toast (HEB) - but first, time to weigh in!

2lbs lost this week! Let's hope it's not a fluke and I can carry this on until I get to my target now!!!

I'll definitely be using minimins as therapy lol!

Week 2 weigh in and I am a very happy bunny! 4.5lbs off!! And I've had a chocolate most evenings this week!! And not even had time for exercise!

Goes to show sticking to plan and writing out a food diary every day definitely works!

Another 2 1/4 lbs off this week!!!!! I can't quite believe it, after the fall off the wagon on Saturday (alcohol binge) and the Chinese on Sunday I really was expecting a gain, let alone a loss!!!!
