First week weight loss....

    Just had my first weigh in have lost 9 pounds. For some reason though I am a bit dissapointed! I didn't expect to lose a stone but I just wanted double figures. However I am happy that I am nine pounds down so just roll on next week for the next weigh in!!

    i think most people really want a biiiiggg loss the first week but like u said thats 9lb in ONE week!!brill xx

    Well done cissie, that's fab!! I am hoping for such a good loss for 1st weigh in tomorrow, never lost more than 5 lbs on other diets in 1st week!!

    9lbs is a lot. Give yourself a pat on the back as you have done extremely well. Keep shaking hun

    Thanks everyone on reflection I realise that 9 pounds it really quite a lot! Thanks for all your good wishes, I'll keep you all updated on next weeks weigh in!!

    It seems to be that no matter what you loose on the first week, its never enough.. I know i was disappointed with 6.5lbs, but then i realised that thats nearly half a stone.. what am i complaining about?.. i would have loved to have 9lb loss... i think people have to stop comparing to others, as people will loose a different rates.
