first week WI results

    I weighed myself this morning and i have lost 10lb3/4 :D. I am really pleased i have been really determined this week, i just hope i am as strong in the weeks to come. I have only got a weeks packs left so im going to see a cdc in an hour to get some more(i used my packs from last year). I havent been measuring myself, so i will start. Hopefully i should have lost my first stone by next week. xx
