First Week WI

Lost 9lbs first week with no slip ups.

Impressed with that and going to add in more cardio this week to hopefully see the same losses on the 2nd week.

More impressed that I have lost 2inches from my chest, 1.5inches from my waist and an inch from my hips.

Can you give you stats please :) im nosey height weight etc etc if you dont mind. Get your self a ticker and you will have a good visual aid of the fat melting of you.

Can i ask what exercise youve been doing daily

First off I am Male.

6ft 3inches
Start Weight - 261.2 Pounds
Chest - 49inches
Waist (Or around the gut I say) - 48inches
Hips (Where I wear my jeans) - 42inches but 38inch waist jeans fit me fine......bit strange.
Thighs - 26inches

12th May 2011
Weight 252.2 Pounds
Chest - 47inches
Waist - 46.5inches
Hips - 41inches
Thighs - 25.5inches.

Need to measure my neck later on as well.

30mins of weight training 3 times a week

Walk 3 miles a day 3 times a week.

I feel at my height I do carry my weight well but want to get down to about 210 - 220 (15stones) as I feel any lower I will look a bit lanky.

Also while weight training the gym instructor has mentioned I will probably gain weight from lean muscle so not to worry to much about the scales and concentrate on measurements and how your clothes fit.
