First week!!

Hi everyone I have been on slimming world EE for 6 days now and I weighed myself this morning and I'm the same as I was last week! I have stuck to the plan religiously and my leader told me to make sure I have 1/3 superfree 1/3 carbs 1/3 protein which I have. Im feeling really bloated and disheartened as I was expecting to lose in my first week. Has anyone else experienced this? Would be grateful for some help please!!! X

Do you post your food diary on here?? Perhaps we can have a look at what you are eating??

Sometimes it takes a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new ay of eating. :eek:
