Hey all,

Just wanted to post my first weeks weight loss as I am very proud of myself and feel Ive found my motivation again.

In total this week Ive lost 6lbs!!!

Im amazed, but im heading for more next week if i can! Havent been totally strict as we went out friday night and had full fat drinks etc, but Im going to go for it this week.

Thank you all sooo much, its amazing, I lost my first 2 pound on a very
Strict week on wight watchers- how rubbish, despite all my best efforts
I lost only 2lbs.
I've stepped it up a gear for Atkins and I really cannot believe just how
Amazing I feel, how flat my belly is looking and how energetic I am, plus point also is the fact I'm not even craving Carbs- that's got to be the biggest result!

So glad I found this site and all you guys- feel like I'm well on my way to a much healthier me!!
