First weigh in 7lb loss :-)

Back on the orlistat and my first weigh in I've lost 7lb (just under 4weeks) really pleased as my scales are obviously wrong and showed about 2lb loss

Aside from going to Disneyland where it's impossible to eat within the rules, I've hit a bad place, not in the right frame of mind for this atm but at the same time my weight makes me feels worse!

Oh hun... now isn't a great time for anyone trying to be good... but as you say about headspace, it has to be right...

Maybe sit down and write your feelings out on a piece of paper and see how you feel when you read it back.
