First weigh-in on the 1000cal plan..

...8lbs lost!! :D since first CDC session last tuesday but 9lbs with CD overall as i started the day before & 13lbs including the weekend i did for prep before starting!

i know other people have lost more on the SS plan but im so chuffed with myself! im amazed as its TOTM too lol.

congratulations to everyone who has completed their first week!! lets keep it up ;) Xx

im really enjoying the 1000 plan SacredSilence - it doesn't feel quite as much like a diet as alongside ur 2 shakes, u can have a 150cal breakfast, pick on 200cal worth of low GI fruit throughout the day & still get to have a meal.. & u get a few carbs thrown in like granary bread etc. its a really nice plan :) Xx

I did 1000 plan last time when I worked up the plans :)

I have decided today to start on it and had a weeny bit of my GF cereal with some milk :D

Need to email my CDC and explain to her about it. I`ve just had letter from DVLA reminding me that my car tax runs out this month and the car needs a service beforehand so I deffo need to cut my outgoings :( = Deffo need to work up a plan to spread my shakes out x
