First weigh in today

Well I've been on Minimins since last year and was doing really well, until winter hit, I was doing my own thing and walking as well as cutting down food wise.

That all went wrong and before you know it I had put most of the weight back on. So I decided that this time I needed some support.

Went to my first meeting last week and was embarrassed to find my weight back at 268.5lbs.

My first weigh in should have been last night but, I do shifts so have had to find another meeting to go to this morning, so wish me luck and I'll let people know how I do :cross:

Well didn't do too bad, lost 3 lbs although nearly feel asleep, maybe weighing in at 9.30am after a 12hr night shift not a good idea:D
Hope your right MadMandaMoo, it just feels like the start of a very very long journey right now, although at the moment trying to just concentrate on the weeks rather than the months:D

Well this week I weighed in at my class but had to go to work straight after so wasn't able to stay for the meeting yet again:sigh:, however I did lose another 2.5 lb:woohoo:so not too bad, must try to start staying to the class though, I do need that extra support and with work it's just not possible..

Well I find I'm useless at remembering to post here everyweek so you'll just have to put up with me doing it when I remember:D
I'm on week 6 now and have lost a total of..........drum roll please.........9&1/2lbs.
Not bad in 5 weeks (week 1 being my start weight:D)
I'm quite happy with that, I've lost everyweek (one week only lost a half but still better than putting on).
I told all the girls at my class about minimins and some of them have said that they're going to give it a go, for myself especially as I can't always stay to class it helps me to remember why I am doing this.
I finally have started to feel like I am losing weight, but I still have a very long way to go, one day at a time:)
Did old weight watchers 2 years ago when I had my son and lost over 2 stone got back to pre pregnancy weight so was well chuffed,and have maintained since leaving ww over a year ago.I have decided to try the new pro points and decided to do it from home.first week last week and weighed myself this morning have lost 2lb which I'm happy with as did go slightly over at the weekend.gonna try stick at it tho want to lose a stone then I will truly be happy!!so hope for another loss this week!!
