First Weigh In Tomorrow!

    Day 7 today and managed to get back to the gym, got my energy back now.

    I have to say this total solution is alot harder than i first thought!
    I have been very tempted at times to give in, hopefully tomorrow when i see on the scales it will make it all worth while and encourage me to keep going.

    I'm thinking i might not get a good loss at its Time of the month and a think we gain weight with that??
    How did everyione else do this week?

    you should still lose even with TOTM if first weigh in (gosh, I would hate to put us lot all in one room as Spyro pointed out we all seem to be there ATM lol)

    lol it wasnt even expected, think it may have something to do with the diet! ah well am hoping for a 7 and ill be happy :) xx

    Week one finished!

    Well that was a long week...lol
    Weighed in this morning and lost 7lb!
    Not too bad considering its tom :)
    Here goes week 2! :D

    Thats a great start, and you should have a good 2nd week if you can stay 100% and positive.
