    I'm so pleased with myself - the journey has begun well which is a real incentive to continue. Big thanks to my CDC for her support too :)

    Hi minxie,

    My 1st weigh in day was today too, I've also done 9lbs! Well done us!

    I bet you feel so pleased with your loss!

    I'm now starting on the SS+ with the 3 packs and a tiny meal (instead of 4 packs and milk) - also I'm having the bars this week too. Just had a peanut bar - yum yum!
