First weigh in

Today was my first weigh in after after attempting to start my diet on monday, but eventually getting round to being 100% good for wednesday.

Because i was naughty the first few days i didnt expect to lose any weight, but to my :confused: i have lost 8lbs!!!

I dont know where i have lost it from, neither do i really care yet but im just so pleased i managed to sort myself out mid week and stay on track!

Tonight will be a test as got a house party to go to.

They all know im on this diet but there out to get me drunk :mad: ....so... I AM NOT GOING TO FALL OFF THE WAGON!!!! and give in to them.

Thats fab...well done...loosing a over a half a stone in first week is real motivation to keep going...welll done.

that's great! well done! you should be well chuffed :D

have a fab night out, it's not easy being on non-alcohol when all around you are getting tipsy and encouraging you to do the same:eek:, but willpower... just vision the slim you with a drinky of your choice in your slimmer hands, wearing your slimmer clothes... it'll all be worth it!!!
