    congratulations and just what I need to read as I restart post-holiday.

    are you male or female and how much do you have to lose (I ask because men tend to lose more in the first week and those -male or female- with more to lose tend to lose more .... I just want to know what I might lose this week). I know I lost 8lbs my first week but I'd been really cutting back on the carbs and calories for the week before so I'm wondering if I might lose more in my first week this time. I guess I'll know this time next Monday.

    Anyway, really pleased you had such a motivational loss.
