just had my first mini weigh in been on the diet for 3 days and have lost 3.75lbs, i am sooo pleased as i thought i would not of lost anything after only 3 days
Well done! Just shows how everyone is different I think, I lost 4lbs my first week and 2lbs on my second. But I'm still proud, this diet plan is great I think! Loving it.
Well I lost 2 and a half pounds at my 'pop in', after 3 days I am happy with that, other girls lost 4 pounds each but I KNOW that I shouldn't compare !!!
