First Wi results !!

    Started last saturday had my WI this morning and ive lost 8lbs :D

    Hi thank you to everyone for all the support last week :D
    My first day was really hard and on 3rd day my emotions were all over the place, but everything seems to be settling now, the only problem ive got is that today im very very cold.

    I'm really feeling the cold too. I hope it's that we don't have as much insulation as we used to have!
    In my second week I felt physically fine, but quite tired. Mentally though I was a bit all over the place - bad tempered and moody. I reckon it was week 4 before I really felt fine. Keep it up Scatty.

    That's just fantastic Scatty! Brilliant loss! All the initial first few days yuckiness is now all so worth it and will now be a distant memory.

    Keep that focus sweetie. Wrap up warm! The cold is the only downside for me. I'm constantly freezing.
