I've been fascinated by the link to Noreen's site for the past 20 mins and can't stop reading up on how many points there are in different foods and drinks.

It might even be worth thinking about (amazingly I've never considered it before as a serious option ).

So ... how many points are allowed on a daily basis? :)

Its all dependant on your weight, height age and lifestyle.... there is a sticky thread at the top of the forums that you can work out how many you would be allowed :D

Now that youve got to your goal weight Sharon youd probably really enjoy it :)

http://www.minimins.com/weight-watchers/20665-working-out-how-many-points-youre-allowed-day.html shows how many points youre allowed. Thats for losing weight mind you, I think you get a further 6 if youre maintaining but Id need to check that

I'd be VERY careful when pointing chips! ... i was told normal portion size was 7.5 points... and apparently a normal portion size and what WW class as 7.5 points is 170g of chips .... have you ever weighed 170gs of chippy chips?? it's like a cone portion! be very careful! i'd class a normal size portion of chips as probably 10 / 11 etc maybe higher!
