Fishmonger Cooked Seafood Cocktail

Hi guys,

I'm going to be starting Slimming World again as soon as I can afford to do a shopping trip..
I'm trying to write a meal plan for at least a week - as I NEED structure..

I have a bag of : Tesco Fishmonger Cooked Seafood Cocktail (408g)

Ingredients: Mussels (32%), Squid (32%) , Cooked King Prawn (28%) ,Water ,Salt.

It's 75 kcal per 100g

I personally could eat this straight out of the bag but.. for the OH I want to make it into a meal... so my question is
If I were to eat it on a green day - so with pasta / rice etc how many syns would that be?
If I were to eat it on a red day .. what sort of meal could I make - Links to recipes would be appreciated - green or red (I have tried to use the forum search)

Make a paella it's free on a extra easy day so long as you fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree foods xx
