Fist weigh in

Had my first weigh in tonigh 7lbs!!!!!!! Well pleased with that. would say i would like to get 6lb next week but i think that could be doubtful lol. Anyway thats half a stone gone forever.

next week is tasters week any ideas on something i could cook to take in to group ???
