Extra Easy Fit at Forty

Hi everybody,

I’ve re-joined today, Slimming World and this forum :) I’ve had some success at the beginning of the year with exercising regularly and cutting out as much sugary food as possible. Since then I’ve given up on the exercise again :mad: and a lot of the bad stuff has crept back into my diet. I thought keeping a diary might help sticking to the plan, but I found filling in the food diary on SW website a bit tedious, the search results can't be filtered and I spent ages scrolling through lists - it's probably much easier to just list what I eat here and look up any Syns.

I think it’s about time I got back on track and stop wasting my time or I will never make my goal: Be fit at Forty!

Stop wishing, start doing :)
